Sausage Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. breakfast sausage
  • 1/4 cup flour
  •  2 cups milk
  •  salt & pepper
  • garlic powder
  • Onion powder

Instructions

Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Stir in flour until dissolved. Add milk and stir. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste. Stir frequently while gravy cooks to the right consistency. Serve hot over biscuits.
